Join our community of Richmond area moms and moms-to-be. We offer Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mom & Baby Yoga and Birth Workshops at our studio. Our prenatal yoga classes are suitable for women at all stages in their pregnancy and for all levels of experience. Each class is designed to work with the changing body throughout pregnancy, preparing both the body and mind for labor, delivery, and the transition to motherhood. Our postnatal classes are meant to build strength as well as relax and restore your body and mind. We strive to create a close knit community of women throughout their experiences of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
